This all-color LED battery coulomb meter can accurately display voltage, current and electricity percentage. The LED display screen is high and low temperature resistant, anti-vibration and sun-proof. It is applicable to all kinds of lead-acid, polymer lithium battery, Pi Fe lithium (we strongly recommend using coulomb meter) and other batteries.
 
Function features:
1. Work voltage: DC 7-120V. Wide voltage, it needs no converter and can directly connect with batteries.
2. Low power consumption: for power consumption itself, the normal value is lower than 12mA, and 3mA when the screen is off.
3. The accuracy of voltage, current and electricity is respectively 1%; it can test current of dual directions. It has Marquee effect while charging and memory for electricity while disconnected!
4. The coulomb meter adopts current integration to calculate the real electricity quantity, which is much more accurate than the common voltmeter. Applicable to any kind of battery pack, especially to the Pi Fe lithium battery.
5. The screen can automatically enter the sleep mode. The screen will automatically lighten up when someone presses the button or the current reaches certain value.
6. You can set the battery rated capacity, the present capacity percentage as well as electricity alarm value. You can also correct the current and voltage. The display mode and backlight mode can be set, and it supports power-off memory.

About the options:
xx A is the current of battery rated discharging. You can calculate the current by checking the power of your device. Choose a close range, and it is not the larger, the better! For example, an electrical vehicle, whose power is 2000W and battery voltage is 72V, its rated current of nearly 30A is the result attained from machine power times battery voltage. In this case, you should buy this 60A module. The range can be surpassed in a short time. We recommend that long time rated current is within 80% of the range. Mind strengthening the welding of shunt and leaving some space for radiation!
 
 
2 steps for ready use:
1. Wire connection
Shunt connection: Cut down the negative wire of the battery. Connect the shunt to the negative pole. Pay attention to the direction. The thick black wire connects to the negative pole of the battery. You can lengthen the thick red signal wire with block and twisted-pair wire. The default length of all wires is 20cm. The charging and discharging current of the battery have to pass through the shunt. The coulomb meter cannot be power-off while charging and discharging. The connection wire must be as short as possible.
 
Tips for using lithium battery:
If the lithium battery protection board is port-different (the ports of battery pack charging and discharging are not the same), the shunt has to connect to the negative pole of battery core, not that of protection board! Lithium battery has protection board of the same port, so you just need to connect the shunt to the negative output pole of battery.
2. When you receive the coulomb meter, you need to reset 1-C battery rated capacity (AH), the present electricity percentage is 2-P. The highest charging voltage is U-H. You don’t need to set the other parameters. For specific and more other settings, you can refer to the following instructions. Set the present electricity percentage 2-P as 100%, and charge the battery until it is full (the charger turns to green light), then you can use it.
 
If there is any change in the battery rated capacity or need for changing the battery, you can reset the capacity, the present electricity value and the highest charging voltage value. You can use it when it finishes charging. We can also make the settings according to your requirements.
Here are more setting instructions:
1. There is a white high button on the back of the board; it will display 1-C when you press the button for 3 seconds, 2-P for 1 second, and display 3-L when you release the button and then shortly press for 1 second, and then release the button and shortly press for 1 second, it will display 4-I, and the others are 5-A, 6-U, 7-d, U-H, b-l.
2. Pressing the button for 3 seconds then it displays 1-C, factory default 60AH, and you can make some regulation to the rated capacity. Then release the button for a long press, upwardly regulate the voltage, stop pressing for another long press, downwardly regulate the voltage. These regulations can be made over and over again until it automatically save the data and exit when the screen is flashing. You can set the capacity range as 0.1-999AH.
3. When it displays 2-P, you can regulate the remaining power percentage, and you can change the values with long press. The default value is 100%, the range setting 0~100%.
4. When it displays 3-L, you can set alarm value of the remaining power percentage, and you can change the values with long press. The default value is 10%, and the setting range is 1~100%. For example, when the electricity is lower than the alarm value, the screen will start flashing.
5. When it displays 4-I, you can make zero correction of the current, and you can change the values with long press. The connection wire has to be as short as possible, if there is no any current but it displays minor current. And you can clear the correction. But think twice before you leap! Generally it needs no correction.
6.  When it displays 5-A, you can slightly regulate the current measurement value, and you can change the values with long press. You’d better correct it under 50% of the rated current. But think twice before you leap! Generally it needs no correction.
7.  When it displays 6-U, you can slightly regulate the voltage measurement value, and you can change the values with long press. But think twice before you leap! Generally it needs no correction.
8.  When it displays 7-d, you can regulate the display mode, and you can change the values with long press. There are 4 forms of mode: V for voltage mode; % for percentage mode; A for current mode; factory default as V-%-A circulation display.
9.  When it displays U-H, you can set the highest voltage of the battery pack when it is full. This setting can automatically correct the offset cumulative error that might occur to the coulomb meter. This setting is recommended! You can change the values with long press. Factory default 0V means that this function has not been turned on!
For the highest output of the charger for lithium battery pack, you can set the highest charging voltage by 0.5V less. Or a common method is to connect the charger until the battery is full (when the charger turns to green light) to see the voltage on the coulomb meter (you cannot disconnect the charger under this situation). You can use the voltage on the coulomb meter minus 0.5V to set this parameter!
10.  When it displays b-L, you can choose backlight mode, and you can change the values with long press. 0 stands for regular mode, and the screen will lighten up when the current reaches certain value. 1 is delay screen-off mode for charging, used when there is no one on watch, which can prevent the screen of the coulomb meter from being too bright while charging! Factory default is 0 regular mode.
11. After every regulated value is set, the screen automatically saves the data and exits, then you can conduct the next operation, or else the new regulated value will not be saved!
Example for setting:
Supposing now you want to change into 100AH battery, first you need to set the parameter of 1-C as 100AH, then set the value of 2-P as 100%. You can use it when the battery finishes charging.
